Review Terms of Reference Terms of reference for application process Once an application has been accepted, it cannot be modified. Following application submission, Green Communities Canada may seek clarification and supplementary information from any applicant. Green Communities Canada may choose not to consider a submission containing misrepresentations or any inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information.
