Terms of reference for application process

Once an application has been accepted, it cannot be modified. Following application submission, Green Communities Canada may seek clarification and supplementary information from any applicant.

Green Communities Canada may choose not to consider a submission containing misrepresentations or any inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information.

Submission of an application does not form a legally binding contract with Green Communities Canada.

3. Upload Documents

Please upload your application documents below:

a) Application Form

Please provide both a Word copy (file types .doc, .docx, .rtf, etc.) and a PDF copy of your completed application form.

b) Budget

Please provide an Excel spreadsheet (file types .xlsx, .xlsm, .xltx, .xltm, etc.) of your completed budget.

c) Project and Evaluation Plan

Please provide an Excel spreadsheet (file types .xlsx, .xlsm, .xltx, .xltm, etc.) of your project and evaluation plan.

Press the submit button below only once. Your documents will begin to upload, and then the form will be submitted. Uploading may take a few minutes so please be patient. Once the submission is complete a green message will appear on your screen and you will receive a confirmation email.
