Get Active with the Family this Summer!

School is almost out for the summer! Before your family starts celebrating, you may be worrying what you’ll do to keep your kid(s) active without Daily Physical Activity (DPA), Phys-Ed class, and regular walking or wheeling to school.

Not to worry! With our friends at Ophea, we have developed 5 summer activities to get your family active and ready for back to school.

  1. Get to Know Your Neighbourhood
  2. Walk, Wheel, and Roll
  3. Connect with Nature
  4. Moving is for EveryBODY
