Statement of Consent

Thank you for registering your walk and wheel event with us. In order to complete your registration, please read the following statement and give your consent by clicking on the “I agree” button below.

• By submitting this event registration form you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the information provided by you for the purposes of administering and evaluating this event.

• The name of your school will appear on a list of registered schools on the Ontario Active School Travel website and may be mentioned on Ontario Active School Travel and Green Communities Canada social media platforms and e-newsletters.

• Your name and contact information will be available to staff of Green Communities Canada and may be made available to the school board and representatives of your municipality or region upon request to help strengthen active school travel programming in your area.

• Your school will be automatically entered into a random prize draw. Four schools will be selected to win a prize of a gift card from a sporting goods store.

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting this registration form.

We are currently SOLD OUT of our Winter Walk Day sticker design. We will have more in stock soon. Check back here for news of arrival. In the meantime, if you would like to order iwalk-iwheel stickers, they are available now. Thank you and sorry for the delay.

Please complete the order form below to receive stickers in the mail.

Stickers are provided on a cost recovery basis: $0.03 cents per sticker + Canada Post actual shipping cost to your destination + $10 processing and handling fee + applicable taxes

You will receive an invoice by email after the stickers have been shipped to you.

Sticker orders will be processed on Fridays. Shipping can take an average of 5 business days depending on regional destination.
